Internal Sales Executive (ISE23) (Permanent)

-Offering an attractive opening salary of between £20,000 to £22,000.
-COMMISSION AND BONUS will see you earning an additional £10,000.

The role available is that of an Internal Sales Co-ordinator. This position is within the ‘direct’ section of the business, and you will be selling to commercial end users, as opposed to resellers or businesses. You will be speaking with people who are developing their own dream home, so you need to be able to engage and build rapport with your clients to maximise their experience of your business. As well as enhancing the external image that the business has.
KEY RESPONSIBILIES AND INFORMATION:
- NO COLD CALLING, as all prospects are generating via marketing and enquiries via trade shows, exhibitions, and online.
-Calling through to prospects, discussing their project and closing sales.
-Negotiating the whole process to ensure a seamless sales cycle.
-You will be attending exhibitions to promote the product, and generate leads.
-You will be in charge of managing your own sales pipeline, with the aim of achieving targets and delivering the results that will ensure the company develops as much revenue as possible.
-You will be expected to maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
-There is an extensive training programme in place that will see you fully adapt and mould into the position, so no being thrown in the deep end.
You will need to be confident, professional and results driven, with a desire to succeed and hit targets. This would suit someone with previous sales experience within the commercial building trade, however, a background selling into any other industry would be considered. You would fit seamlessly into the office dynamic if you would describe yourself as a person who is outgoing and positive, who will accept rejection and push forward until they succeed.
This role is easily commutable from Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby, Northampton, Market Harborough and the surrounding areas. It would suit someone from a sales executive, telesales, account management, sales advisor, business development or similar background.
