Software Tester - automation
Exciting role for a Senior Software Tester/Developer with coding skills in C#.
Would you like to become a member of a brand new software engineering team of four in a multi-national company working on the development and quality assurance of our client’s CRM software as a service?
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- BS Degree in CS or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in software testing
- Minimum of 2 years coding experience in C# OR ability to read code and suggest changes
Nice to have:
- 1-2 years of .Net technologies
- 1-2 years SQL Server
- 1-2 years Windows Architecture
- CRM software testing experience
Our client is strategically evolving the platform to be a general-purpose business application platform that will enable both on-premise and cloud-based development.
Responsibilities include:
- Enterpriseproduct testing
- Designing, writing, and running test automation (as well as improving test infrastructure)
- Debugging and problem diagnosis for test and product failures
- Analyzes patterns of defects for the service and its components
- Writes and uses automation and completes deployments
- Resolves customer issues, while coordinating with support partners, service operations team members, and developers - to execute short term mitigations and identify longer term fixes
- Demonstrates ad hoc testing skills
- Develops test cases for Online Service specific features and scenarios
