Our Client is a top Provider of Further Education with a base in International Courses across various segments and focus areas. They are affiliated with various Universities and Top Organisations providing top online and digitally-based and distance education. 

They require an experienced Sales / Key Account Manager to join their team to start on the 1st of March 2019.

Job Responsibility: 

·         Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.

·         Setting sales execution activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.

·         Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.

·         Attending key meetings /trade visits with members of the sales team.

·         Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.

·         Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.

·         Spotting market opportunities for new customers.

·         Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.

·         All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.

Requirements

  • Degree  is Essential to the Role - Non-negotiable.
  • Key account management experience is a must.
  • 5 – 7 years sales management experience required
  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker
  • A desire to grow into a Head of Sales Role within the company, sharing in its growth and expansion across various main channels 
  • A go-getter with a desire to achieve results. 
  • Highly self-managed and takes initiative to achieve results
