Food & Beverage Service Manager - Luxury Resort Hotel
As Food and Beverage Service Manager your role is to ensure the Five Star Fuss that our guests expect and to also oversee the service of the all-day dining & Afternoon Tea, in the Restaurant, Bar and terrace area.
Your role is to create and maintain a happy team environment and to motivate and train team members to achieve the standards expected in a guest focused environment, therefore meeting and exceeding the guests' expectations in terms of quality of product and service on a daily basis.
You will also need to be hands on operator that is truly guest focused and confident in being a face that guests will want to talk to, whilst ensuring their expectations are exceeded. You will also need to be focused on your team and also be confident in being able to manage the team and care for there welfare.
