We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at this Stunning Country House Hotel & Spa set in stunning location in the Ascot and Windsor Area.
The Ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic with strong operational background within Food & Beverage. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Restaurant dining operations and You will need to have impeccable standards and eye to detail.
You will ensure revenue opportunities are maximised and manage an effective cost programme to ensure budgeted sales and profit targets are met. You will effectively manage the Restaurant and the team and ensure Guests expectations are exceeded, you will champion and maintain consistency of 5 Star Service and Fuss, be product and customer focussed with a clear focus on training and development of all team members in this team.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills alongside attention to detail and good operational Restaurant management experience.
As Restaurant Manager, you will support managers with the recruitment and planning of the labour resource in line with budget and business needs encompassing rotas, forecasting and timesheet control.
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills who is hardworking, committed, organised, is an effective time manager, and able to motivate others.
To meet the challenge of this role you will have experience of working in a similar Restaurant Manager role and have experience of Luxury High end 5 Star Properties and ideally Michelin Star or Rosette background.
