Director of Guest Experience is a key role in this property as you will be responsible for building lasting relationship with guests. You will be key in building a bond with guest’s loyalty to this 5-Star Brand and truly be a figurehead and ambassador to the brand.
As a member of the senior Management Team you will be responsible for leading and developing guest service and guest experience, ensuring that all Departmental Managers and their teams are focused on their core responsibilities in delivering 5 Star Service and 5 Star Fuss to guests.
As Director of Guest Experience, you will also be key in helping with interviews in recruitment and individual staff development, this is a hands-on role and will also be guest facing so you will need to be very well presented as you will have high visibility in guest areas.
You will also be the champion on driving guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and continue its focus in developing high standards. Other duties will be the responsibility for developing and delivering the Strategy for overall guest experience and take responsibility for all guest feedback.
To be successful you will have previous front of the house management experience for luxury high end properties preferably within a 5-star environment, experienced in maximizing rooms revenue and profitability. You must also be confident and fully conversant in the OPERA reservations software, also have previous experience of managing and leading a team and working within guest services.
