Head Chef - Bistro
This Stunning Bistro is now looking for a Head Chef to join the team in this amazing contemporary fresh food led business.
As Head Chef, you will be working with the owners in developing the menus and have the autonomy of using the best local suppliers, The team is a small team and caters for up to 100 covers in this 50 seat restaurant. You will need to be passionate about modern fresh cooking styles and modern British and European Cooking using local seasonal produce to create simple, delicious, satisfying dishes up to Rosette level.
However the owners want the food to do the talking and the awards to follow as a by-product of success if possible, As Head Chef, you will need to come from a similar management position or be a Strong Senior Sous. We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time, a proven Sous/Head Chef with a stable CV with a fresh food led background and able to handle pressure.
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
- Salary £30,000 - £40,000
- Work life Balance as only open in evenings at weekends
