A Project Administrator is required for a fantastic organisation who are in the early stages of a significant UK wide Windows 10 deployment Project and require a Project Co-Ordinator to assist them with this. You will be working as part of a Windows 10 Deployment Team, reporting into the Technical Project Manager, being part of the Windows 10 deployment through all stages.

Key duties will include:

  • Previous Project Support experience essential
  • Experience of working in a rollout/deployment administration role advantageous
  • Management of stock and build machines according to booking
  • Initial briefing notes to site office Manager, including expected date of engineer visits and request room availability
  • Email booking slots to users
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Understand complex Data Sets
  • Confirm with office manager Win10 laptop delivery dates – then confirm with the office manager that the delivery has arrived
  • Communicate the user appointment acceptances to the build factory engineers
  • Communicate with Win10 team as and when required
  • Admin tasks as and when required

Excellent Communication skills (written and spoken), along with being a confident user of PC’s is essential.   In addition, experience of managing similar deployment projects to tight deadlines would be an advantage.
